Collect offers you a range of subscription plans — no matter the scale of your data collection project. Pick the one that suits your needs the best.

Subscription plans on Collect are based on two parameters:

a. The number of responses that you would like to collect or the number of surveys you will do

b. The number of devices that you would use to collect data or the number of data collectors who will be collecting data using their devices.

There are no limits at all on the number of forms you can create or the number of questions you can add to your forms. Additionally, there are also some advanced features like Google Sheets integration, resurveying and monitoring. You can can subscribe to them as well.

About Your Collect Trial

Q. What can I do during my free trial?

Ans. Your trial account allows you to create forms, add your team members, and capture unlimited responses. However, you can view and download only 10 of these responses during the trial. To access all your responses, you can get a subscription of Collect here.

Q. What happens after my trial is over?

Ans. After your trial expires, you will have limited access to Collect. You can continue collecting responses but you will not be able to view or download them. To access all your responses, you can get a subscription of Collect here.

Product Usage

Q. What is a Form Response?

Ans. Each response which is submitted after answering all the questions on one form on the Collect mobile app (irrespective of the number of individual questions in the form) constitutes a form response. 

Let's take an example where you have 1 form on which data will be collected by 10 users/mobile devices. If each user fills all the questions on your form and presses the "Submit" button on the app once, you would have collected 10 responses.

Q. What is a Device?

Ans. A device is any mobile phone on which the Collect app has been used to submit at least one form response during the subscription period. 

Q. I need less than 10 devices for data collection. What do I do?

Ans. If you require to use less than 10 devices in a month for data collection, write to us at support@socialcops.com and we'll help you out with the pricing.

Q. I need more than 250 devices for data collection. What do I do?

Ans. If you require to use more than 250 devices in a month for data collection, write to us at support@socialcops.com and we'll help you out with the pricing.

Q. How can I access the advanced features like Monitoring, Flagging, and Analytics?

Ans. Monitoring, Flagging, and Analytics are advanced features on Collect. You can access these features by upgrading your plan. Drop us an email at support@socialcops.com for more details.

Q. Can I collect more responses than my plan's limit?

Ans. Yes, you can continue collecting responses. But you will be able to access them after upgrading your plan. Note that you will be charged $0.25 for every additional response.

Q. Can I add more devices than my plan's limit?

Ans. Yes, you can add more devices. But you will be able to access the responses collected by the additional devices after upgrading your plan. Note that you will be charged $2 for every additional device.

Q. What happens after my subscription expires?

Ans. After your subscription expires, you will have limited access to Collect. You can continue collecting responses but will not be able to view or download them. You can re-activate your account on any of the subscription plans mentioned above to access your responses by writing to us at support@socialcops.com.

Q. Do you offer any discounts to non-profit organizations?

Ans. Yes. We always try to support non-profit organizations in their earnest efforts. If you are a non-profit, please write to us at support@socialcops.com with your discount request.

Q. Do you offer any discounts to students?

Ans. Yes. We offer discounts to students who wish to use Collect for their academic research or studies. If you are a student, please write to us at support@socialcops.com with your discount request.

Payment and Billing

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

Ans. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfers. Please note that wire transfers are charged an extra 10% as the admin fee.

Q. Can I choose a long-term subscription plan — 6 months, 12 months, etc?

Ans. Yes. You can choose a long-term plan as well. If you make an advance payment, you can also get a discount of 10% off on 6-month plans and a 20% off on 12-month plans.

Q. Can I change my subscription after choosing a plan?

Ans. If you want to change to a different plan at any time during your subscription, you can get in touch with us at support@socialcops.com and we will be glad to assist you.
