If you can't see your changes on the Collect app, refresh your forms to update them on the app. Also, check that the changes are published.
Some times, you might make some changes to an already published form. If you are not able to see these changes on your Collect app, refresh your forms to update them on the app. Also, make sure that the changes are published. In this article, we will discuss how you can do this.
Check your internet connectivity:
Step 1. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.
Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap on "Application Settings".
Step3. Tap on "Check Internet Status". If it says 'Not Connected', please connect to the internet.
Refresh your forms:
Step 1. Go to your mobile app.
Step 2. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.
Step 3. Tap on "Refresh Forms".
If you are an admin, that is, someone who manages the Collect web dashboard and you are still not able to view the edits on your Collect app, follow these steps:
Check that your changes have been published:
Step 1. Go to your form and check the form details card present in the right side of the web dashboard. Here, check if the "Updated" time is the same as the "Published" time.
Step 2. If the times are the same, retry these steps: How to Update Survey Forms on the Collect App.
Step 3. If the times are not the same, follow these steps:
- Click the 'Publish' button towards the right of the screen.
The changes should be visible on the Collect app now.
