I Forgot My Password for Collect Mobile App

If you don't remember your Collect app password, you can reset it easily. Here is how you can do that.

In order to log into your Collect app, you will need to enter the right mobile number and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password. In this article, we will discuss how you can do that.

Resetting Your Collect Password 

Step 1. Go to the Collect app on your mobile device.

Step 2. Select your country code and enter your mobile number on the screen you see. Then, click on "Get Started".

Step 3. You will be able to see a screen asking for your password. Tap on "Forgot Password?"

Step 4. A dialogue box will open up asking you to confirm password reset. Click on "OK".

Step 5. A 4-digit OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your mobile number, check your messages to find this code. Enter this OTP in Collect.

Step 6. Once the OTP is accepted, enter a new password (minimum 6 characters) and press "Reset Password".

Your password will get reset. You can log in using the new password.
