Please check that you are entering the right mobile number and password. If you can't remember your password, you can also reset it.
If you are unable to log into your Collect account, it can be because the mobile number or password that you entered is wrong. If you see the message 'Your username or password is incorrect. Please try again', it can be either because you are tying in wrong or because you don't remember your correct details.

Checking Your Password
Step 1. Confirm that you've entered the correct mobile number and password.
Step 2. You can check your password by pressing the 'View' (eye) icon at the right side of the password field.
Step 3. Once you are sure that you have entered the right information, tap on 'Log In'. You should now be able to log into the app.
Resetting Your Password
